Please contact us via email to info@creative-7.co.uk or simply phone us on 01978 853 033. Please provide us with your full company details including invoice/delivery address, contact names, details of buyers/accounts, a registered vat number (if applicable)
Our minimum order value is £350 (+vat). The first order is to be paid upfront in full before we can ship the goods. Thereafter to set up a credit account on 30 day payment terms with us please complete one of our credit application forms.
We offer free UK carriage on orders over £350. If you are in the UK and your order is less than this amount then shipping will be charged at cost. We are always looking to provide you with the cheapest rate possible. For deliveries outside of the UK, pallet quantity orders will be sent via our haulier Kuehne + Nagel and charged at cost. For orders that are not quite enough to go on a pallet these will be sent via DHL and again charged at cost. For customers outside of the EU you must arrange your own shipping.
If you wish cancel an order, please contact us immediately. All received orders should be checked upon delivery. For any inconsistencies please contact us within 48 hours to resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we do not offer a drop shipping service
You are welcome to use our brand logos. As we have worked hard to build up a good brand image for all of our products, should we receive any complaints about this brand being affected by bad service our supply of products to you will be evaluated.
Unfortunately you cannot sell our products on Ebay or Amazon, anyone found doing so will have the supply of our products terminated.
All Creative-7 trade customers are required to set up an account with us prior to making an order. Once your account has been approved we will then register you and provide you with login details to be able to place orders online and view past purchases.
